Today, a number of Michigan school districts received internet-based phone calls with threats, which have since been proven false. These incidents are part of a hoax known as “swatting” that is targeting schools across the state. While Chesaning Schools did not experience this issue directly, we know many of our families have heard about these incidents and are understandably concerned about school safety.
