October was National Anti-Bullying Month, but Student Council put their own twist on it and made it all about “Kindness.” CHS fully embraced the concept.
Monday, 10/22: Kindness notes were distributed and students were encouraged to write something kind to other students/staff.
Tuesday, 10/23: Students signed the “Pledge To Be Kind” banner during lunches and received blue anti-bullying bracelets.
Wednesday, 10/24: Sweatpants Day (as part of Wellness Wednesday).
Thursday, 10/25: Blue treats were sold at all lunches.
Friday, 10/26: Blue Out! Students were encouraged to wear head-to-toe blue to school and to the football game.
*Blue is the official color for Anti-Bullying.
